How much is the shipping charge for X item to Y location?

Simple answer is $13.95 for single items in Australia. However if you buy multiple items it may be more, If you live overseas it will be more. For accurate shipping quote add all items into your shopping cart then use the SHIPPING ESTIMATOR inside the shopping cart to calculate total shipping charge. This method uses total weight of items & your location to calculate shipping charge.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

FAST! Because every item you order on our website is available in stock, 98% of orders arrive the following business day, that's becasue we send orders using Express Post.

What about the other 2%? - If you order multiple items which exceed the 3kg Maximum of Express Post Satchels, we will send your order using Registered Post OR Courier, these methods can take up to 7-10 business days.

My order has not arrived, it's been 7 days since I ordered, Why?

We ship most orders the same, or next, day after you submit it. You will get sent an email with a tracking number, please use the Australia Post Website to track your order.

NOTE: If you were not available to receive your shipment on the delivery day (generally the day after you ordered) Australia Post will have it & they will need you to collect it from them. Please call or visit your local post office.

If I purchase a Vivaz Dance item and I want to exchange it for a different size or style what should I do?

Check online to see if an appropriate product is in stock that you would like to exchange with, If available order it to get fast express delivery. Now submit a ticket using HELP TAB (located on the right hand side of our website, look it's just over there >>) to arrange your FREE return. Once the item/s are received back at Vivaz HQ you receive a refund.

NOTE: If you go online to order your replacement and find the price is now higher (e.g. item not on sale anymore) we will need to process the exchange manually. Simply return your item using FREE RETURN SHIPPING, include a pre-addressed postage satchel & detailed instructions on what item you want to exchange with. This method ensure's you don't have to pay more for the same/similar item. This method of excahnge will take longer to process.

If I purchase an item and I want a refund what should I do?

Submit a ticket using HELP TAB to arrange your FREE return. Once the item/s are received you receive a refund.

Yes, The size chart says 40 EURO is for foot 25.5cm. But If you prefer a 'thumbs width' of extra space you may consider size 41.

Yes, the Latin & Ballroom range is very similar to normal US size street shoes you buy from your local shoe shop.

Are Vivaz DanceFit Sneakers similar in size to other shoes I have preaviously worn?

Yes, they are similar BUT please measure your foot & refer to sizing chart before ordering.

If I am normally size 8 in Australian sizes what US size Latin & Ballroom from Vivaz shoes should I order?

It is very likley you will be size 8 (maybe 7.5), But we cannot guarentee this so we recommend using our sizing chart.
